Before you get started
Contact information and account updates processed online are applied immediately to your account and are viewable online the day they are processed. Mailed requests are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days of being received.
Things to consider
- Most accounts allow you to log in and update your personal and contact information, including:
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Beneficiary
- User name/password
- When an account’s address is changed, there is a 10-calendar-day wait before a check can be mailed to the new address
- To ensure you are notified of changes made to your account, an account change confirmation may be mailed to your address of record. This occurs regardless of any electronic document delivery elections you've made.
