Vidhi Sanders is Head of Participant Outcomes at Capital Group. She has 18 years of industry experience (as of 12/31/2023). She holds a master's degree in information science from Drexel University and a bachelor's degree in information science from Florida State University.

Dr. Louisa Blanco is a professor at Pepperdine University School of Public Policy. She is a published development economist and currently leads community-based participatory research projects focused on improving the wellbeing of minorities, especially Hispanics.
