Ruta Ziverte is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. She has 23 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for two years. Prior to joining Capital, Ruta was a portfolio manager and head of fixed income at William Blair. Before that, she was a portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds, where she also led a team of fixed income credit analysts. Prior to that, Ruta worked at GE Asset Management, where she served as managing director and portfolio manager. She holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Latvia. Ruta is based in New York.
