Julie Wang Chou is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group, with research responsibility for European luxury goods and telecoms. She has 19 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 15 years. Earlier in her career at Capital, she was a research director and covered Greater China as a generalist and was based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Capital, she was an analyst at Perry Capital, and before that an analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and bachelor’s degrees in business administration (highest honors) and mass communications (highest distinction of general scholarship) from the University of California, Berkeley. Julie is based in San Francisco.
