Franco F. Tapia is a portfolio manager at Capital Group. He has 17 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for two years. Prior to joining Capital, Franco worked as a portfolio manager and director of research at BlackRock. Before that, he was a portfolio manager, partner and senior analyst at Pzena Investment Management. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard College. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® credential. Franco is based in New York.
