Chad M. Rach is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. He has 31 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 19 years. Earlier in his career at Capital, as a fixed income investment analyst, he covered tax-exempt bond sectors, including higher education, single family mortgage financings, student housing projects, tribal gaming financings, charter schools, student loan financings and various real estate and project financing credits. Prior to joining Capital, Chad served as an analyst and portfolio manager for tax-exempt mutual funds at Strong Capital Management, Inc., and also held various municipal investment banking positions at Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Marquette University graduating summa cum laude. Chad is based in Los Angeles.
