How do I increase the font size?

If you want to enlarge the text size on your computer’s Internet browser, follow these instructions:

Firefox 3.0 and above (Windows, Macintosh® and Linux®)

  1. Go to the View menu and select Zoom.
  2. Select Zoom In.

Safari 4.0 and above (Macintosh)

  1. Go to the View menu and select Zoom In.

Google Chrome™ (Windows, Macintosh and Linux)

  1. Click the wrench icon on the toolbar. (Mac users can click the View menu if the wrench icon isn’t visible.)
  2. Click the plus sign.

Do I need to enable cookies to use this site?

Are there any special computer hardware requirements for using this site?

  4. Close the window.

Chrome™ (Windows, Macintosh and Linux)

  2. Select Options.
  3. Click on Content settings in the Privacy section.
  4. Click on the JavaScript tab and select the radio button next to Allow all sites to run JavaScript.
  5. Click on the Close button to close the Content settings window.
  6. Click on the Close button to close the “Options” window.

Do I need Adobe® Reader®, Flash or RealPlayer to use this site?

For the best experience you will need these products, but they aren’t required for viewing the site. Links for RealPlayer and Adobe Reader appear when needed, and the site can detect when you need Flash to see something. If you don’t have Flash, you’re given the option and the link to download it — but only the first time the site detects a problem. If you’re accessing the site from your workplace, you may have to contact your network administrator in order to download the software.
