Championing economic inclusion

Our mission is to improve people's lives through successful investing. Yet, we know the benefits our industry offers are not accessible to everyone.

Our Social Impact program strives to reduce the barriers to investing. To do this, we aim to increase access to financial resources and advance financial education focused on shifting mindsets from scarcity toward empowerment for those who have been economically disadvantaged.

Operating sustainably is a key to our long-term focus

Our corporate sustainability strategy emphasizes renewable energy and energy-efficient office design.

We are striving to reduce our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 25% by 2025 through renewable electricity, energy-efficient site planning and management in our corporate operations.
