In support of transparency, we post base salary ranges on our job openings across the United States. In addition to offering a highly competitive base salary, we give two annual bonuses to our associates. The first is based solely on performance and the second is based on company profitability as well.
These two bonuses, your annual base salary and our 15% retirement contribution* add up to so much more than a simple paycheck. With a strong performance over time, you'll have the opportunity to see your total compensation not only grow, but grow exponentially.
Every year, we put the equivalent of 15% of your eligible compensation, which includes your salary and bonuses, into a retirement account for you.
To be clear, that's not money you've chosen to deduct from your paycheck.

Student loan reimbursement and education assistance Eligible associates in our U.S. offices can receive a $200 monthly payment toward their student loan balance.
Tuition reimbursement Associates who pursue professional designations or degrees can receive tuition assistance.

Paid parental leave We provide competitive paid parental leave for associates welcoming a child through birth, adoption, surrogacy or foster care placement. In addition, expecting associates are eligible for paid pregnancy leave.
Parental transition schedule Our parental transition schedule enables new parents to ease back to work by starting out with a reduced workweek prior to returning full time.
Fertility coverage With select health insurance plans, associates receive comprehensive fertility coverage for all types of families, including in vitro fertilization, egg freezing or adoption, with no diagnosis of infertility required.

SOCIAL WELLNESS
Associate involvement grants Associates who are involved with an eligible nonprofit can apply for a grant to support their favorite cause.
Associate matching gifts We match our associates' eligible charitable gifts at a 2:1 ratio, up to a total of US$5,000 (or their local currency equivalent) per fiscal year.
Volunteer Rewards For each hour our associates volunteer, up to a 50-hour maximum per fiscal year, they receive US$10 deposited into a Giving Account. Those funds can then be used to make donations to eligible nonprofits.
Equity & Justice Donation Associates can make one US$2,500 (or their local currency equivalent) donation per fiscal year to an eligible charity of their choice that advances equity and/or justice.
Milestone Anniversary Donation For every fifth-year anniversary with Capital Group, we make a donation on our associate's behalf to an eligible charity of their choice.
New Associate Donation New associates can direct a US$250 (or local currency equivalent) donation from Capital Group to an eligible charity of their choice.
