Employee rights under USERRA

The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) protects the rights of individuals returning to work after having served in the military. Those affected are entitled to return to their jobs, continue their participation in their company retirement plans, and retain their health insurance benefits.
