Starting in August of each year, information is mailed to Capital Bank and Trust Company (CB&T) SIMPLE IRA plan sponsors to assist them with their employee notification requirement for the upcoming enrollment period. The enrollment period for the following plan year runs from November 2 through December 31 of the current year.
The mailings are sent over several days. This process allows plan sponsors to receive the information in a timely manner and includes plans that were set up before the enrollment period.
The documents included in the mailing do not need to be returned to Capital Group.
