Independent fiduciary services

Capital Group can accommodate 3(21) or 3(38) fiduciary services from any service provider selected by plan sponsors who want help meeting their fiduciary obligations in selecting and monitoring investments.

Capital Group doesn’t provide 3(21) or 3(38) fiduciary services. Fiduciary service providers are unaffiliated with us and are solely responsible for the services they provide. We don’t receive compensation in connection with any fiduciary provider’s services, nor do we endorse or recommend specific fiduciary service providers.

Fiduciary services provider options

Mesirow Financial Holdings, Inc.

We facilitate billing for Mesirow’s services and provide access to ongoing Mesirow fiduciary service reporting via the plan sponsor website.

Wilshire®

We facilitate billing for Wilshire’s services, notify clients when a fund in their investment lineup loses fiduciary coverage, and provide access to ongoing Wilshire fiduciary service reporting via the plan sponsor website.

Any other fiduciary services provider

Upon request from the plan sponsor, we can debit plan assets for purposes of paying fiduciary service provider fees. We can also take direction from 3(38) providers as it pertains to the plan’s investment lineup.
