After downloading the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store, secure account access is available 24 hours a day. To help protect their personal information (and to safeguard against phishing and other fraudulent activities), participants are required to set up a user ID and password as well as a one-time passcode. The same login credentials can be used on the desktop version of the participant website.

Enrollment
Eligible participants can quickly enroll in the plan by making a contribution election and selecting investment(s).
Once enrolled, participants will be able to update their contribution rate at any time by choosing the ‘Change Contributions’ option.

Account overview
Account overview
The overview section of the app provides a convenient, at-a-glance view into the participant’s account. View the total and vested account balances, the amount of the last contribution and personal rate of return. Further breakdowns by investment or contribution type are also available.

Account activity
Account activity
In this section of the app, participants can view a summary of account activity over the last 30 days. The summary shows total contributions and distributions over this time period – as well as the net change to the overall account balance.

My own investment choices
My own investment choices
Participants can easily make investment changes in this section of the app. Options include exchanges from a single investment, rebalancing the entire account or updating investment elections for future contributions.

Change information
Participants can view beneficiaries, update their contribution rate, and modify other personal information as needed, such as their mailing address, phone number and/or email address.
