Invesco CEO Andrew Schlossberg took home a total of $11.2m in 2024, a slight decrease from the $11.8m he
took home in 2023, his first year on the job, according to the firm’s 2025 proxy statement.
In his second year as CEO, Schlossberg’s base salary was $750,000, a 20% increase from his base salary of $625,000 in 2023. The bulk of Schlossbergs’ pay comes from summary compensation, a figure that includes 2023 awards as well as awards that were earned for previous fiscal years - for example, the vesting of shares granted for work in prior years - included $6.24m in share awards, a decrease from the $8.3m he received in 2023.
Schlossberg’s non-equity incentive plan compensation - essentially a bonus - was $4.09m, as well as $150,222 in ‘all other compensation,’ which includes insurance premiums, company contributions to 401(k), tax consultations and other perquisites, like the use of the company plane.
