Fast-growing RIA Moneco Advisors has appointed three of its managing partners to C-level executive posts, including the firm’s top job.
Charlie Rocco was named chief executive of Moneco on Monday, seven years after becoming a managing partner at the firm. The other executive promotions include Ginnie Thompson as chief operating officer and Derrek Metz as chief wealth management officer.
The Fairfield, Conn.-based firm, which manages roughly $1.9bn in client assets, has seen steady growth and made several acquisitions since serial RIA minority investor Emigrant Partners first
staked the company in 2023. In the time since, Moneco has added a $132m
Massachusetts-based boutique firm last January and a
$120m team from the LPL Financial-affiliated Independent Advisor Alliance in October. Moneco itself is affiliated with LPL.
