Four former Wells Fargo and Edward Jones advisors have joined LPL Financial’s broker-dealer, RIA and custodial platforms, merging into LPL affiliate firm Carnegie Private Wealth, the brokerage giant said Wednesday.
The advisors — James Larsen, Lucas Decker, Kevin Lewis and Seth Miller — collectively managed $475m at their previous firms, LPL stated. Larsen joins from Wells Fargo, where he had worked since 2008, according to BrokerCheck, while Decker, Lewis and Miller make the move from Edward Jones.
Carnegie Private Wealth is a practice on LPL’s Strategic Wealth Services platform, its independence model for wirehouse breakaways. The firm was founded by three groups of ex-Wells Fargo advisors that previously managed $1.45bn in combined assets. It joined LPL Strategic Wealth Services
in 2023.
