If you use one of these browsers but still cannot see JavaScript features, JavaScript may be turned off. To turn on JavaScript, follow the instructions below.

Internet Explorer 7.0 and above (Windows)

  1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Click on Custom Level in Security level for this zone.
  4. Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list.
  5. Under Active Scripting, choose Enable.
  6. Click on OK to leave Security Settings.
  7. Click on OK to leave Internet Options.

Firefox 3.0 and above (Windows, Macintosh and Linux)

  1. Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
  2. Click on the Content icon at the top.
  3. Click on the box next to Enable JavaScript.
  4. Click on OK to close the “Options” window.

Safari 4.0 and above (Macintosh)

  1. Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click on the Security icon at the top.
  3. Click on the boxes next to Enable plug-ins, Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
  4. Close the window.

ChromeTM (Windows, Macintosh and Linux)

  1. Click on the wrench icon in the toolbar. (Mac users can click on the View menu if the wrench icon isn’t visible.)
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click on Content settings in the Privacy section.
  4. Click on the JavaScript tab and select the radio button next to Allow all sites to run JavaScript.
  5. Click on the Close button to close the Content settings window.
  6. Click on the Close button to close the “Options” window.

For the best experience you will need these products, but they aren’t required for viewing the site. Links for RealPlayer and Adobe Reader appear when needed, and the site can detect when you need Flash to see something. If you don’t have Flash, you’re given the option and the link to download it — but only the first time the site detects a problem. If you’re accessing the site from your workplace, you may have to contact your network administrator in order to download the software.

Once you’ve logged in to your account, you can download Quicken-compatible files by clicking on Transaction History in the Account History section. Follow the onscreen instructions.
